Please note we define bullying as:
Repeated and intentional behavior that hurts another person physically or emotionally. We base this decision on how the victim is feeling.  Bullying may include:
-Physical bullying: hitting, kicking, pushing, choking, punching, etc
-Verbal bullying: threatening, taunting, teasing, rumor spreading, hate speech, name-calling, extortion, etc
-Relational bullying: exclusion from activities, social isolation, sexual intimidation, harassment, etc
-High Tech bullying: bullying through the use of technology (email, texts, social media, etc)
Volunteer Application
We love our volunteers at PES!  Anyone wishing to tutor, be a classroom helper, chaperone field trips, etc must fill out an online application through the AppGarden site.  You can access the site here.  If you are new to the site you will need to click on the green link at the bottom to register.
Please note the criminal background checks may take several weeks to process.  Volunteers must resubmit their information every school year.

If you have an account with AppGarden you do not need to create a new account.  You will just need to log in and update your profile.  Please see the file below for step-by-step directions.

Lunch Accounts--How to Pay Online
  Prepay online:

MySchoolMoney offers great convenience and the following benefits:
  • You get quick and easy access to your student's meal account 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • The ability to pay for multiple students' accounts with one single payment.
  • The ability to see 90 calendar days of purchases and payments.
  • Automated notification, via e-mail, when your student's account balance falls below an amount you have set.

A one-time registration fee of $10.00 is charged to set up your account. One registration fee covers all the students in your family who attend school in Chatham County. Each transaction will have a processing fee of $1.95 to handle the associated banking fees for credit card transactions, and a maximum payment of $100.00. One on-line payment can be split among all students attached to your account with no additional cost.

You will need your child's Student ID number, not the cafeteria serving number, to set up a MySchoolMoney account. You can find the Student ID number on report cards/records or contact your child's school.

The MySchoolMoney.com website will guide you through the easy steps of registration!
